Austrian Hussars are now available

Well I was not going to produce any more figures in this range - solely due to the cost of production versus sales (after my own requirements)
It now costs approximately $200 to have a single figure professionally sculpted and then have master and production molds made! So you can see you must sell quite a few before breaking even.
But in this case (as also per the Cuirassiers) a collector stepped in and provided some funds towards the production costs - Many thanks to Jay Stribling for providing almost half of the $1000 it took to produce these 5 new figures.
As per the rest of the range they have been superbly sculpted by Andy Stadden and the molds have been beautifully cast.
It is a shame more folks do not use this scale today - they are really nice figures and compliment my Hintons very well.

Austrian Marching Infantry - In Stock

At long last the marching Austrians are in stock and ready for orders.

They sell as separate figures in any quantity. The figure comes with a separate musket for user installation - just put in place bend down arm to musket and a dab of adhesive. Allows custom positioning and stops mould breaking down and merging muskets to heads!
See below the example of AN01 German Fusilier in Helmet - Marching

See the pages to the left for pictures of the type of figure you need

New Austrian Marching Masters go to the Caster

I have received some (not very good quality pictures) of some of the Masters for the Austrian Marching figures.
I have added Photo-Shopped images also to try and show more detail.
Needless to state that the actual masters are of the same excellent quality produced by Andy Stadden as a norm.
All of the masters are now completed and will now be sent to the Caster for moulding.
These figures all come with separate muskets for user assembly.
The reason is that I have found with lots of other figures that eventually as moulds deteriorate the musket 'joins' the head.
Consequently some of the figures must have there arms slightly bent into position after the musket is attached.
This also allows some degree of customization.

The Austrian Cuirassiers have at last been moulded and cast and the first batch are on the way to me now - as soon as I receive them I will add a price and purchase details page on the blog.
